There is a $40 (Can) fee for every student registration.

There is no team registration fee.

After a school submits, and pays for, its registration, the organizing team will make every effort to place delegates in one of their top three committee choices. As registration fills and the conference date approaches, committee space becomes limited, and we may not be able to guarantee top-three selections. If a delegate’s preferred committees are full, placements will be based on delegate experience, grade level, and overall suitability. This conference is open to students in Grade 7 and above, and we aim to create a fair and engaging experience for all participants.

All participants must agree to the ACMUN Code of Conduct.

Position Paper submission will open in the new year. Delegate awards require that the participant uploads a satisfactory position paper.

Schools may cancel their registration up to Wednesday April 1st without any charge. Any cancellations made after the Wednesday April 1st deadline will be charged the full conference fee.

Delegate name changes may be made until Wednesday April 8th with a $5 fee however, any changes requested after this deadline are not guaranteed and will be subject to availability and approval by our team

For School Teams, there is an expectation of 1 Adult Chaperone for each 10 students; there is a $20 charge per extra chaperone to cover their lunch.
